Flexible & super-easy updates

Shopify 2.0 store

We moved their site to a Shopify 2.0-supported theme. This gave Alana Maria Jewellery’s internal team the ability to easily create and modify content-rich page experiences.

Mega search menu

Filtering by product attributes and recommended products is key to the buying experience. We implemented intuitive search functionality to help customers quickly and easily find exactly what they need.

Full UI & UX Update

We tailored the design to help users at every step of their unique customer journey.
We not only incorporated the brand story throughout the site but made nuanced updates to make the shopping experience as effortless as possible with:

  • Product recommendations and matching items
  • Video content on the PDP and PLP
  • Product badges to call out specific features
  • Mega search menu

Conversion tactics

We added some simple features to increase conversion rate and AOV to help grow revenue:

  • Send hints through social media
  • Free shipping threshold in cart
  • In-cart cross-sell
  • Promotional slots on the PLP
  • ‘As styled on’ on PDP
  • Gift with purchase
