Challenge

They needed a unique sales experience

EHP came to us with a plan to create a unique sales experience on their website to complement a global campaign for an upcoming sales event.

Vaulted experience for VIP customers only

Being a retail and FMCG-led business, it was important not to open the sale to the general public; instead, we needed to offer a ‘vaulted’ experience for VIP customers only.

Solution

Both teams collaborated heavily to create the strategy and build out the campaign to meet the set objectives.

The end result was a custom landing page with a countdown timer and a place for customers to register their interest during the hype phase. This page and the actual sale shopping page were built on the same page and URL for consistency, a key part of the overall strategy.

On launch day, the VIPs were issued a password to unlock the vault and begin to shop the sale.

We successfully launched across 4 global markets and continued to monitor closely through the sale period.
